At Simply Tallow Skin, every product is handcrafted in small batches using 100% natural, tallow-based ingredients. Because our skincare is fresh, personal-use, and temperature-sensitive, we kindly ask that you read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Natural Product Disclaimer

Due to the natural properties of tallow:

  • Products may melt, soften, or change consistency when exposed to heat or direct sunlight.

  • Air-whipped or aerated textures may collapse in warm conditions.

  • Appearance and texture changes do not affect the safety, quality, or effectiveness of the product.

These changes are normal and expected with natural tallow-based skincare and do not qualify as defects.

Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered.

Simply Tallow Skin is not responsible for courier delays, customs delays, or events beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made fresh and intended for personal use, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products affected by melting, softening, or texture changes

  • Sale or promotional items

However, your satisfaction matters deeply to us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives:

  • Faulty

We will review your request and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Unopened Returns

We may accept returns of unopened products that:

  • Are in their original packaging

  • Are unused and sealed

  • Are returned within 14 days of delivery

  • Include proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full use. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
